- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and the chicken. Season with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (7-10 minutes).
- Reduce heat and pour in buffalo sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and let thicken for another few minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- Combine cooked pasta with the chicken mixture in the skillet; toss well. If too dry, add reserved pasta water until desired creaminess is reached.
