  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 8 butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and chili sauce. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
