  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz), rinsed
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions
