  • 3 fresh red chilies, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil (vegetable or peanut)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

Instructions
