  • 1 fresh baguette
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper, resting at room temperature for 30 minutes.
