- 1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups thick tortilla chips
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and gather spices.
- In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
