  • 2 cups carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup dumpling mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions
