Description

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat fish dry and season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  2. Place fish on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, lime juice, and salt for the slaw.
  4. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt and hot sauce to create the creamy sauce.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing fish on tortillas, topping with slaw and sauce.
