- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 6-8 minutes; drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until onions are translucent (3-4 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish. Top with half of the beef mixture and half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
