- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), about 6-7 minutes per side. Allow to cool slightly before shredding into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, mint, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken and diced cucumber to the bowl. Mix gently until everything is coated in the tzatziki dressing.
