  • 1 lb fresh sea scallops
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 medium zucchini (sliced into thick rounds)
  • 2 ears corn on the cob (cut into smaller pieces)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Clean the seafood thoroughly. Prepare and chop the vegetables as specified.
