  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (canola or peanut)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by slicing the beef and chopping the broccoli. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear sliced beef in batches until browned (about 3-4 minutes), then remove from pan.
  5. Add broccoli with a splash of water; sauté until vibrant green and tender-crisp (about 3 minutes).
  6. Return beef to the pan and pour the sauce over everything. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until thickened.
