  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Prep all ingredients: chop onions, slice mushrooms, and mince garlic.
