  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for about 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef until browned but not fully cooked (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Add minced garlic and broccoli into the skillet; stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until broccoli is bright green.
  5. Toss in the drained lo mein noodles along with any remaining marinade. Stir until heated through (about 1-2 minutes).
