Ingredients

  • Ribeye or Sirloin Steak
  • Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Fresh Parsley (or Thyme/Rosemary)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the potatoes; toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
