- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- Oil for frying (about 1/4 cup)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, panko breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- With clean hands, form the mixture into small patties about 2 inches wide.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the patties in batches, cooking each side for 3–4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil and serve warm with tartar sauce or lemon juice.
