- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently until it begins to simmer.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Fold in shredded rotisserie chicken until heated through.
- Toss cooked fettuccine into the sauce until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
