Description

A creamy, indulgent pasta dish ready in just 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights or special family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently until it begins to simmer.
  4. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Fold in shredded rotisserie chicken until heated through.
  6. Toss cooked fettuccine into the sauce until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
