- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds. Pour the dressing over the top and gently toss until well coated.
