  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup protein (chicken, shrimp, or tofu), sliced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce (optional)

Instructions
