- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and chicken broth; mix well.
