One Pot Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a creamy and satisfying dish that comes together in just 30 minutes, making it ideal for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in minced garlic and chicken broth; mix well.
  4. Add uncooked pasta, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring occasionally.
  5. Once boiling subsides, lower heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Let thicken for about 3-5 minutes before serving; garnish with extra Parmesan if desired.
