  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

Instructions

  5. Gradually fold in half of the dry mixture followed by half of the milk; repeat until everything is just combined without overmixing.
  6. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
