  • 1 cup plain or Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
