  • 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk (warm)
  • ½ cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit until bubbly (about 5 minutes). Stir in sugar and melted butter.
  2. Mix in flour and salt until combined. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread melted butter, layer Biscoff spread, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  5. Roll tightly into a log, slice into equal pieces, and place cut-side up in a greased baking dish.
  6. Allow rolls to rise again for about 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
