  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 2 cups red sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in a drizzle of oil until translucent. Add ground turkey, cooking until browned; season with cumin and chili powder.
  3. Stir in half of the red sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon about 1/4 cup of turkey mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
