  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red and green)
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse frozen shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer; cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, stir-fry bell peppers and snap peas for about 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add minced garlic; stir for 30 seconds before mixing in teriyaki sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Return shrimp to the pan; toss to coat in sauce. Serve garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
