  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup crispy lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through (5-7 minutes).
