  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for searing

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and ginger. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and sear each side for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. After the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, pour the remaining marinade over it and cook until slightly thickened (about 3-4 minutes).
