Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz imitation crab meat (chopped)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 nori sheets (cut into strips)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Sriracha sauce (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease muffin tins lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sushi rice, cream cheese, imitation crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, and Sriracha until combined.
  3. Spoon about ¼ cup of the mixture into each muffin cup, pressing gently to compact it. Top with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Garnish with extra green onions and nori strips if desired.
