Ingredients
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each shell with about one tablespoon of the filling mixture and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with extra marinara on the side.
