  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff each shell with about one tablespoon of the filling mixture and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with extra marinara on the side.
