- 2 cups ripe strawberries (sliced)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup filtered water
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries under cold water, remove the green tops, and slice them.
- In a blender, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and filtered water. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or acidity if necessary.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them almost to the top to allow for expansion.
- Insert sticks if applicable or freeze without sticks for about two hours before adding them halfway through freezing.
- Freeze for at least four hours until solid. To easily release popsicles, run warm water over the molds.
