Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries under cold water, remove the green tops, and slice them.
  2. In a blender, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and filtered water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or acidity if necessary.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them almost to the top to allow for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks if applicable or freeze without sticks for about two hours before adding them halfway through freezing.
  6. Freeze for at least four hours until solid. To easily release popsicles, run warm water over the molds.
