  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Korean gochujang paste
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cups cabbage slaw mix
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 brioche buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In another bowl, combine cabbage slaw mix with rice vinegar and sesame seeds; toss to coat.
  5. Slice brioche buns in half and layer each bottom half with cooked chicken followed by tangy slaw. Top with bun lids.
