  • 23 pounds baby back ribs
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to medium heat (300°F/150°C). Rinse and pat dry the baby back ribs.
  2. In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Generously rub this mixture on both sides of the ribs.
  3. Grill the ribs bone-side down for about two hours or bake in the oven for one hour until tender.
  4. While cooking, combine peach preserves, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbly.
  5. Brush the glaze onto the ribs during the last half hour of cooking.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for five minutes before serving.
