- 2–3 pounds baby back ribs
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to medium heat (300°F/150°C). Rinse and pat dry the baby back ribs.
- In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Generously rub this mixture on both sides of the ribs.
- Grill the ribs bone-side down for about two hours or bake in the oven for one hour until tender.
- While cooking, combine peach preserves, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbly.
- Brush the glaze onto the ribs during the last half hour of cooking.
- Remove from heat and let rest for five minutes before serving.
