  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 ripe mango, diced

  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions
