  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and curled.
  4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice; let simmer for about 2 minutes until slightly reduced.
  5. Combine drained pasta with the shrimp mixture in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached. Stir in chopped parsley.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
