  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels (about 6 ears)
  • 6 sage leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt half the butter. Add chopped sage and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
