- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup melted butter (for topping)
- 1/4 cup cinnamon-sugar mixture (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, and milk until smooth. Fold this into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with the cinnamon-sugar for the swirl.
- Spoon half of the batter into muffin cups, drizzle with cinnamon-sugar mixture, then add remaining batter on top.
