Description

Potato Leek Gratin Cups are a delightful twist on classic comfort food. These individual servings combine tender potatoes and aromatic leeks, all enveloped in a rich, creamy sauce and topped with a golden crunchy layer. Ingredients

  • 2 cups Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup leeks, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté the leeks until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Layer potato slices and sautéed leeks into the muffin cups.
  4. Pour heavy cream over the layers and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle Gruyère cheese on top followed by panko breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
