  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup ripe strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced (preferably English cucumber)

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
