Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 store-bought pie crusts (or homemade equivalent)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp milk (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced peaches, sugar, and cinnamon. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Cut circles from the dough, approximately 4 inches in diameter.
  5. Place a spoonful of peach filling on one half of each circle. Fold over and crimp edges to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with an egg wash made from beaten egg and milk.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
