Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine diced peaches, sugar, and cinnamon. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut circles from the dough, approximately 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a spoonful of peach filling on one half of each circle. Fold over and crimp edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with an egg wash made from beaten egg and milk.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
