  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 20 Oreo cookies (crushed + extra for layering)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions using the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix in softened butter until you form a soft dough; fold in crushed Oreos.
  4. Layer half of the brownie batter into the baking dish, spread the cookie dough on top, then pour the remaining brownie batter over it.
