- 24 Oreo cookies (for the crust)
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust, then top with the remaining Cool Whip.
- Decorate with sliced strawberries for stripes and blueberries for stars to create the flag design.
