  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • Zest of 2 medium oranges
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into an 8×8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until fluffy, about two minutes.
  3. Mix in the orange zest, juice, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center has slight jiggle.
