  • 2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Honeycrisp apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup store-bought pie crust (or homemade)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix apples with lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface and cut circles slightly larger than muffin tin cups.
