  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

  3. Add olive oil and the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients; stir until combined.

  6. Punch down the dough, fold in Parmesan cheese, shape into a loaf or round ball, and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
