Description

Experience the mouthwatering delight of Hot Italian Sub Sliders, perfect for game days or family gatherings. These sliders are crafted with soft buns, savory deli meats, and gooey provolone, all topped with zesty banana peppers and baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup salami, sliced
  • 1 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 cup ham, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  4. Layer salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone cheese, and banana peppers on the bottom half of each bun.
  5. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and Italian seasoning; brush this mixture over the assembled sliders.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns back on and cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
