  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs (or panko)
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up a dredging station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third. Season each with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the flour, then egg mixture, followed by breadcrumbs until fully coated.
