Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar while mixing.

  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
