Description

Honey Glazed Pork Chops are a delicious weeknight dinner option that combines juicy pork with a sweet and savory glaze. This dish is easy to prepare and will impress your family or guests, making it perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a flavor explosion that will leave everyone asking for seconds.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Place pork chops in a zip-top bag; pour marinade over them and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best results).
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Remove chops from marinade (reserve it) and sear each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Pour reserved marinade into the pan once pork chops are nearly cooked; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Serve warm with extra glaze drizzled on top.
