  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (skin-on)
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
