  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 6 corn or flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, chipotle peppers, and lime juice. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high (around 400°F).
